Immediately you might think of people who work in a very noisy environment, for example a factory or a building site, but also consider those whose work or leisure activities involve excessive noise such as loud music or motor noise.

Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we reserve time in our schedule to attend to you. If you have booked a private appointment and wish to cancel, you must give us 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged your appointment fee. This does not affect any NHS-covered appointments, but we do ask that you call us giving 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment, as a courtesy.

To avoid our cancellation charge, we recommend you provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
