We offer a wide selection of frames in store to suit everyone’s needs, from our budget range to top designer frames such as Emporio Armani, Prada, Ray-Ban and Specs by Prue.
Children’s frames
We also have a wide range of children’s frames in stock so your little ones can visit us for a fun and enjoyable experience of choosing glasses for the first time.
Sunglasses and prescription sunglasses
Along with spectacle frames, we offer a fine range of sunglasses including Ray-Ban and Maui Jim, many of which can be made to your individual prescription.
It is extremely important to protect your eyes in sunlight, not only against the glare but also against the hidden dangers of ultraviolet rays. Over exposure to UV can damage the eyes, which could lead to Macular Degeneration.
Our range of sunglasses includes those with excellent polarised lenses to protect your eyes.

Cancelling an appointment (R. M. Tabberer Limited)
Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we reserve time in our schedule to attend to you. If you have booked a private appointment and wish to cancel, you must give us 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged your appointment fee. This does not affect any NHS-covered appointments, but we do ask that you call us giving 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment, as a courtesy.
To avoid our cancellation charge, we recommend you provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
