Our contact lens services
Contact lenses are worn every day by millions of people and have certain advantages over wearing spectacles as they are unobtrusive, allowing you to play sport, read or work easily.
At Sight & Sound our professional contact lens fitter offers advice based on experience. Whatever your needs, we will source and fit the perfect contact lenses for you.

What to expect from your appointment
Our service includes an initial 30-minute appointment. Based on what our contact lens fitter has found, they will usually recommend setting you up with a free trial for the most suitable type of contact lenses, which they will discuss with you.
A follow up appointment will also be made for you to discuss how you are getting on with the lenses.
Contact lenses & solutions
Specialised service by ‘Just Contacts’
Most prescriptions can now be corrected with contact lenses, including astigmatism and presbyopia. Our services cater for these specialist lenses. We also stock a wide range of contact lens solutions.

Cancelling an appointment (R. M. Tabberer Limited)
Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we reserve time in our schedule to attend to you. If you have booked a private appointment and wish to cancel, you must give us 24 hours’ notice, or you will be charged your appointment fee. This does not affect any NHS-covered appointments, but we do ask that you call us giving 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment, as a courtesy.
To avoid our cancellation charge, we recommend you provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.
